Description of some culture shocks such as wobbling head or eating on banana leaf is mostly true for the south Indians only. Arranged marriages are there, but there are many love marriages as well. Indians think you can't clean anything without water. Hence no tissue paper.

Arrange marriage is our culture and Indians husbund and wife is not knowing each other before... But after marriage theirs bonding with ech others is life time........ AND WHAT 'S FINAL RESULT OF YOUR FAVOURITE LOVE MARRIAGE.... 80℅ TO 90℅ COUPLE'S NOT LIVE TOGETHER LIFE TIME.... FINALLY FAMILY STRUCTURE IS TOTALLY COLLAPSE IN ARROUND WORLD . MANY PEOPLE KNOW WHERE IS THEIR PARENTS LIVE OR DEAD....NO RESPECT TO ELDER (FATHER & MOTHER) ... but in INDIA our elder person gives a advis she or he better for your life's finally you decide what you want... And after that groom and brid take decision... THAT'S OUR ARRANGE MARRIAGE..

Its actually a drought resistant grass .grow during rainy season and it will survive without water when fully grown.it should take about 3-6monts depending on climatic conditions of your place. This is Eldoret,Kenya
