I dont remember what documets its in but congress was supposed to be the experts. For example a merchent congressmen would be an expert in business, a farmer an expert in aggriculture. Thats not how congress is set up now though

Much better. Absolute power corrupts, absolutely. That is what we have seen continuously from unelected personnel in departments that have no accountability. Abuse or power by redefining terms and reinterpreting laws. The ATF is just one perfect example of this abuse. Enough said.

Oh wow, now they have to do work to prove a crime was committed. Seems like a good thing that they cant just say something is illegal because the G(g)ovt has taken the stance that is is morally reprehensible without actually proving harm to someone.

Hey there! I just go into trying to play CVs seriously, starting with the German line. From what I know they have faster torpedoes and a faster aim time, though shorter range. Based on the way you're playing (getting real close to the enemy before dropping torps) the German line might suit your playstyle better. Of course, as a newbie, I might also have no idea what I'm talking about :P You're a fun guy to watch!
