Is this hack better than Box World?

One of the weirdest games I've played, you don't notice it when just watching the video but when playing you notice it a lot more. The best way I can describe it is that the game doesn't really have an identity and is inconsistent. Star Road and Last Impact feel different from SM64 and stand out because they're made by different devs who design things their own way, while this hack is inconsistent about it. As much as there are great levels in it there are also infuriating areas, like the switch palace, that entire sky/block level, and level design varies. Dialogue is inconsistent, on one hand it tries to feel like official SM64 dialogue, on the other hand you get informal dialogue like the math puzzle one and the paintings in the castle. There are also weird creepy areas like the pentagram area in the block world, but it doesn't ever stick with that theme either, like why? It's a decent game just one of the strangest hacks I've played so far. Like it's so inconsistent that it gives off an unsettling vibe. It's really interesting but also the game could have benefited a lot from being more consistent about what it wanted to do
