Brass seacocks, look like and should be bronze! Overall pretty tatty looking boat and not restored at all, just tarted up, nothing in depth of the deck substrate/ hull / transom condition, which are major concerns if not correct
@dartskipper31702 жыл бұрын
The beaching legs and deep keel are not original. They are fitted because moorings in Jersey dry out, so the props and rudders need protection. We had a Swordsman in our yard on the River Dart in the 1970's with a horrendous steel cage under the transom for the same purpose.

well this bloke talks about updates and stuff been restored ... he is nuts. the dashboard needs all new rubbers on the clocks and probably a few new clocks ( keep to same old style though). the teak deck is terrible. that all needs to be sanded back down repaired where needed and new caulking done. you should never see teak looking that dark and horrible.. he says all wood work restored, who restored it stevie wonder ?.. thsi boat needs a good bit of work to bring it up to good conditions. the seat he drops down in the cabin, notice how filthy the wall is inside that cupboard... in the toilet area talks about thru hull fittings been replaced with brass !! err no they are original BRONZE fittings... this could make a realy nice boat put intothe hands of someone who likes to have a good huntsman in good original condition......... and put the vhf where it is capable of being used by the driver of the boat...

Talk about sending a boy on a man's mission. I was born not long after this beautiful boat and have shirts older than him. If he as keen as he sounds then then treat him with some respect and teach him some history (oh, and get a refund on the teak decking)

I purchased #Beneteau 90B form official #Beneteau dealer and it was delivered in March 2021. The worst buy ever. After just two months, on two places which are not exposed to any force, gelcoat simply cracked and needs to be repaired and the cockpit table, made of the worst plywood covered with so unbelievably thin layer of wood, started to peel off though it was never exposed to water or any moisture. Vessel was delivered without the contracted equipment (boiler and instruments) and even after 3 months the official #Beneteau dealer #GalijaYachting didn't provide gear fitting and there is no #BeneteauCustomer Service you can contact and ask for assistance and intervention as all links on the #BeneteauSite lead to the same unprofessional and ignorant dealer. You will have to pay approximately 100.000 EUR for this lousy quality and service plus engines. I have no doubt that for money there is so much better offers on the market.

@@johngraham8052 yes that is probably true but I already have a longliner 2 and was thinking how much to trade up but the more I look at it now I think their is less space with the centre console than the side..
@johngraham80523 жыл бұрын
@@WolfKillerLestat Nice, I bought a 13ft aluminium watering can last year and after 1000 rivets it it now watertight but one of these would be much safer and family friendly. I saw a 19ft Orkney fastliner and 21ft longliner in Portstewart harbour and thought they were nice. I can always dream.
