Thank you man! Yeah, thank god I didn't commit to going out there lol. This just shows that a single wrong move can cost a perfect run in this MK. Definitely have to agree that this one is the hardest MK in the game right now. I'll probably have an easier time speedrunning it than getting another flawless run, lol. Nice! I find the Blind more useful than the Stun for bringing back the poison canisters to the objective, because once Franco triggers the mine, he'll be de-aggro'd and may not come straight to your location, which gives you ample time to pour in the poison.

@@Dashiawia yeah taking damage after all that work would be brutal! i've been using the stun for solo for so long now i rarely think to change it, but blind would be so handy on some trials, like grind the bad apples which i really struggle with lol. keep up the great vids!

Thanks man! Blind rig is lowkey useful for bringing back the poison canisters to the objective safely. I reckon that X-Ray could be useful as well for stealth play.

Thank you. This trial is currently the hardest in the game to get a no damage run, IMO. I switched over to the Blind rig because I wanted to play stealthily by luring Franco to the mine. If done correctly, you can safely pour two poison canisters since the Blind re-arms for a second use.

@@Dashiawia very true about the damage. franco i found especially hard to navigate sometimes because he can shoot before the audio cue for "you've been spotted" even sounds. love that about the blind rig, quite tricky given how many paths there are to one place in this map but i see that's not been a problem for you. fingers crossed for your future no damage run!

@@Fenoiby Finally got a no mistakes run for this trial. Playing stealth gives you the best chance for success at a no damage run. :)

@@cykris Yeah, true. Jason had the worst task of bringing the poison to the objective, though. That part is nearly impossible to do without getting seen by Franco, I feel. I'm still looking for a consistent strategy for that part, which does not involve me getting shot by the baby lol.

It's a bug that only happens in this MK, haha. Update: Apparently this can happen in Poison The Cattle as well.

Haha, I've also seen Franco and the giant ex-pop get stuck like that randomly in this trial. RB ought to address this bug soon as it's way too exploitable, lol. Thanks man! I was mumbling the numbers to myself like a mantra, lol. I'm usually not that great at memorizing numbers, either.

No problem man! It was a lot of fun experimenting with your cool glitch. I was hoping to bonk the enemies on the head with throwables, but I couldn't pace myself correctly and had to abandon that fun idea, lol. Oh, that's really good to know! When I fell down there I died instantly, so I had no idea that area would have also shocked me to death. It was so funny that in the first failed run, it was my friends who died and then in the second failed run, it was me! Luck was not on our side that day! XD.

@@cykris Yeah, SR’s co-op mode definitely has some weird bugs to sort out.

I’m probably going to do it in co-op before I do it in solo. Busy week and I haven’t really practiced the new trials much. All I can say is that the time bomb variator is very scary and changes the way the game is played.

I have a similar question. How do you even make it max difficulty? Are there custom trials I don’t know about?

Lol yeah. It was a good thing you completed the objectives at the third gate, or she would've likely executed everyone there. She always leaves through the elevator every time a new gate opens. Edit: Just checked the video again and it appears that's not completely true, as you'd opened the last gate before I went down. Looks like she left me alone on a whim, lol.

I was trying to test my luck by hitting some of those battery modules from below with the Stun. The Stun has the ability to disable those batteries. Luck was not on my side this time, haha.

@@Flippantberet55I’ve seen someone disable all 3 batteries from below, which is incredibly lucky lol.

@@Kwint. This trial is somewhat luck-based. If you get bad RNG with the key rooms, and don’t know the map too well, then it’ll take a long time to finish it. My suggestion is to play the trial on the easy difficulty until you are comfortable with the map and know where the key rooms can spawn. Then, you’ll have an easier time on Psychosurgery difficulty.

Another use-case I can think of, would be to troll enemies by throwing items at them from the roof, lol. And, to be honest, I haven't tried out all the other cool stuff you did in your video yet, so if I were to do them in this video, I'd probably mess up badly. :P

Thanks! Yeah, you summed up my thoughts perfectly XD. There were many times in this video that I hesitated between going to save my teammates or continuing on with completing the objectives. If I had the Stun or Blind rig, it'd be a no brainer and I'd choose to save my teammates 9/10 times. However, with the Barricade rig, it's not so clear-cut as I have to evaluate the situation and determine if it's safe to do so. The worst thing that can happen in a run like this is a team wipe, so I have to avoid going down at all cost, since I'm not confident that the run can continue if I were to go down at any point, lol.

@@Dashiawia For sure! When the guy carrying the team goes down, it’s usually game over for the run. I pick Xray, Heal or Barricade most of the time bc I enjoy the extra handicap when playing. I never want to feel like Stun and Blind are the only rigs I can rely on the get through high difficulty levels

@@sebastianmedina1234 Yeah. That happened to me more times than I can count back in the early access days when I played Program X/Program Omega with randoms XD. The moment I get downed, the run was over lol. Yeah, when I'm not going for personal best records in Escalation, I also prefer picking the low-tier Rigs for an extra challenge. In this particular run, I was asked to choose between X-Ray, Heal, and Barricade. Looking back, I probably should've went with Heal to help those guys out more.
