I would think that the best way to install it into bends like the wall-ceiling transition would be to simply score the foam maybe 1" OC lengthwise, cutting no deeper than than the foil facing. That way the foil remains continuous as a vapor barrier and you don't have to worry about taping and leaks.

I don't have an issue with someone wanting to take a shortcut and "doctor" up a sauce, even Ree Drummond, The Pioneer Woman on the Food Netwprk, admits that she sometimes "cheats" but there is an art to enhancing a processed product. It took me DECADES to perfect my sauce but I started out with my father's recipe, where he took Ragu sauce, added hot sausage, onion and green pepper to the slow cooker and then let it simmer overnight. I changed it up by using sweet italian sausage because I didn't like spicy sausage, I got rid of the green pepper but kept the onion and after I got married, my husband suggested using Prego sauce, instead of Ragu because it was thicker and had more herbs in the flavor. Recently, while watching Guy's Grocery Games, one of the contestants made a pasta dish. I learned on that episode, that Guy has his own line of pasta sauces, including one with pepperoni and bacon. I couldn't find Guy's brand in our stores, so I began adding chopped pepperoni and bacon to my sauce and everytime I serve this, people loved it. If I were you, I'd start from the beginning. Experiment with different meats and seasonings and have fun by inviting friends over to taste test your food. Be open to honest constructive criticism and that will help you make a better sauce. I have many Italian friends and I've also worked in Italian restaurants. I know that there is something called "blush " sauce, where you mix Alfredo sauce into a red sauce but if that is what you were trying to do, you did it wrong.😮 Get some Italian friends to come help you or watch some of the Italian chefs on t.v. I personally love Lidia Bastianich. She's great !!!
