You can keep sebhorrheic dermatitis under control: 1. Mix selenium sulfide+ketoconazole+pyrithione zinc+coal tar+lemon juice 2. Wet your hair, put the mixture on your scalp and message your scalp with a gentle Silicon scrubber for 2 minutes. Leave it for another 5 minutes, then rinse with cold water. 3. Again Just use the coal tar shampoo and message again with the scrubber and rinse with water. 4. You can use extra virgin olive oil+tea tree oil+oregano oil to moisturize your scalp. 5. Do these two to three times per week. If under control don't stop immediately rather use once a week then stop. Hope this will work. Avoid foods that cause inflammation.
