At :43 you can see its a brush, not a pad. The chemical is mixed to the recommendation on the side of the bucket. All of this is self explanatory.

@@Metalhead0426 we are a multi craft crew of laborers, operators, carpenters, iron workers etc.. I figured out one of my laborers have experience in this. I feel like I could do it after watching your video. It’s not that complicated. It is a break room in use so we are going to do half at a time. My experienced laborer said it we would not have to worry about seeing a difference in the middle of the room where we have to stop and pick back up. Do you agree?

I just recently purchased one after watching your videos on them. My first commercial tile job and I lost pressure halfway through the job using a spinner with it up at 600. Not sure if it got hot or what happened. Seems to be working today. Very happy with the setup so far.

Good to hear! Never had the loss of water pressure. Doubt it got too hot. Id start with checking the jets on the spinner.

Not sure. I know the pressure went to zero after that with nothing coming out. Fired it up the next morning and working fine. Scared me a little due to only having it a few weeks. Great job on your videos by the way!!

@@Joeshmowfromkokomo Yes. Heat isnt required to clean tile and grout. The tile cleaner does all of the work. You can throw in agitation beforehand just to be sure if its a dirty job.

No just the vacuum. People use an auto scrubber to clean and top scrub. For these smaller jobs, it not needed.

@s2mar33 I've seen people do it. I don't recommend it. It's leaves the floor sticky. You're better off getting a squeegee and a regular wet dry vac.

You can. Ive had to do it before in a pinch but ideally you want to use a high speed burnisher. The burnisher will do a much better job.

I recently bought a vortex lite and my vac motor doesn't work. I even had magic wand send me a new ( yellow) circuit box and it still doesn't work. I've only had the machine for 6-7 months....and done only 4-5 jobs and its breaking down already......

Probably you used weak stripper and didn't allow enough dwell time. I can cut thru 20 coats of floor finish with one strip application and one flood scrub .

If you allow the stripper solution to dry on the floor it makes the removal 10 times harder to remove. Stick with 300 foot areas at a time to prevent this

those waves arent going to cause that much stripper to be left behind i use the same machine and I work on a building where they laid the tile over a dirty floor which left massive waves.. my fix was to replace the builds frequently maybe once every couple of weeks cause the blades will ware out decently fast cause of the stripper all its good to wipe the blades to get out any gunk you are dragging to keep maximum contact with the floor hope this helps

.60 per square feet is what I charge so this job was around $2700. 3 of us stripped it because I was busy at the time and needed to knock it out fast. 2 of us waxed it the next day. This job could have easily been done in one day.

Well u showed the process of stripping and waxing the large open area, but what about the small rooms, restroom, etc with obstacles to work around. Thats where is gets interesting and noone seems to show those areas on video.

I charge by the square footage. Price per square foot will depend on your area. It ranges from .60 to 2 dollars a sf. It comes down to how much people are willing to pay and how much profit you need to make.

Check the quick connects to make sure they are connected. Sometimes when new they can be a little harder to connect. Be sure to connect the solution line before you turn on the water pump.

Gf owns a massage studio. Cannot find help. What would be a good pre spray to get out of smashed down, slick, glue down commercial carpets squares? Slick because of feet body oils, massage lotion and massage oils. Iwill be using a new Oreck 12’ floor scrubber to bring the pile up but need to know what spray to use. ……. Brushed it by hand and Dawn Powrwash little bottle, then Big Green machine. Took 4 hours ONE room!!! (Why I bought an Oreck now) I have 24 rooms left to go. Please provide an answer, and thank you !!! I want to: pump bottle spray pre cleaner, Oreck floor scrub it, Big green carpet cleaner - clean it, Big Green rinse pass. Is this efficient?

I havent. On this job it wouldn't be worth the trouble as you would have to run 2-150ft extension cords from the generator outside to the machine. Its whole lot easier to just use their power.
