“Effective martial arts”? YOU MUST read “Myths and blind spots in the fighting arts’ world”. It’s definitely up your alley.

I have refilled mine about two times but I always have the same issue. The area by the hip joints always become divided and so the legs start hanging down. It looses stiffeness in the hips after one training session..
@EffectiveMartialArts13 күн бұрын
It’s normal for all the joints to loosen up with training. That’s why we strive to achieve the optimal compression that will not be too stiff when new, but still offer good durability over time. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the new video. Mine has always felt a little difficult to move around the arms and legs (I stuffed it myself), so it looks like a lot more Poly is needed (I only have it in the hands and feet), and maybe I'll add the noodles as well.

Thanks for the video. Your fill procedure is great, lots of good ideas. I filled mine with poly and clothes rags only a while ago so it's going to stay like this for me, but for your future customers, pre filled looks like a great option. I personally really like the dummy.

Thanks for the updated filling method ! First time I'm glad to have procrastinated, will take the weekend to fill mime correctly !
@AlexVersiuneaUnu22 күн бұрын
I like the idea. I don't have a sparring partner at home, and my gym is far enough that I can't go every day. This would help on off days. PS. Someone is going to strap a dildo to one of those.

I’d like to personally thank you for taking me in until I quit in 2020, thank you Patrick for having taught me to defend myself as a boy. I will miss Effective Martial Arts for sure, but I know that if you will ever go back it will be great

Thinking of purchasing but can you have to GI on the dummy with the harness?
@EffectiveMartialArts23 күн бұрын
Yes, but you would have to cut two small holes in the back of the Gi for the Harness D-Rings to be exposed.

Congratulation to acomprehensive overview, which should include motivation, selfanalysis and ercommended sports or hobbies.In my expereince people like doing martial arts untill they meet a better one. I would start emphasizing it at the very beginning. Paul.68.

Nice, mostly for methodology and angles.I would emphasize distance, angles, timing, and levels of efficiency. Best regards. 68
