I guess the Aborigines were all sleeping in until about midday? It seems rather quiet here!

You forgot the fairy and Christmas store fronts. They are so pretty! ✨😍 This is interesting to see how different people notice different things and miss others. - but it's great you showed Christmas lane. It's a lovely town isn't it? There's also the stone path through to the psychic shop and garden centre. The mini trains, art gallery and museum so much to see! 👀 and many secondhand and antique shops with pretty things.

1 major difference I noticed between aus and Zim is that when turning right, you can move to the center of the intersection until there are no on coming cars or until the light is yellow.

newcastle hasnt really bounced back since the earthquake back in 1989 this lead to the revitalizing of Newcastle as the newcastle line between hamilton and newcastle station itself had to be removed due to removing heavy rail from the inner city
@marcopolo51572 жыл бұрын
Yeh dumbest decision ever. They should make a new line underground connecting the CBD to heavy rail again this time.

Newcastle is the third oldest city in australia behind hobart
@dronescapeaustralia6717 Жыл бұрын
Newcastle first settled in 1801 to 1802. The second permanent settlement was in 1804. Hobarts first settlement was in 1803, but moved to it's current location in 1804, so Newcastle was settled first and is the second oldest city in Australia

@Neil Forbes vehicle drivers should give way to a bus displaying the give way sign in a built up area, when the bus is about to enter or proceed in the lane or line of traffic, and the bus is in front of the driver. ... Buses are still required to obey the road rules when entering the traffic. so its not a traffic violation

i believe in the 1960's and 1970s Newcastle was really at its peak but all that changed when the Newcastle earthquake hit back in 1989 and trade in hunter street went down hill from there
@juliekeast6175 Жыл бұрын
Add in the growth and expansion of Westfield Kotara and Charlestown Square. Hunter Street isn't exactly an attractive shopping option
@top40researcher313 жыл бұрын
When driving in the left lane or line of traffic in a built-up area, you must give way to a bus displaying a 'Give way to buses' sign when it is stopped or moving slowly and indicating to join the traffic stream from the left

Probably about 20 mins from the bottom of the mountain by car. You can go in an ordinary car but would be much easier in a 4*4.
