I’ve been thinking about suicide at least 2 times a month for the last 17 years. And it’s got nothing to do to do with anything realistically. It’s been 17 years plus. I don’t know if I was thinking of it at the age of 16. But from age 24 till today.. yes. I have a lot, so it’s not related to that. But each time I interact with my parents or siblings, grandma. I feel this feeling deep down. That I just can’t take it. And that feeling of assistant dying arises. I’m so familiar with the feeling of wanted to commit suicide. That now I just know it comes, and I have to ignore it. And continue. I can’t give up now, I’ve already persevered, I can’t give up now. But yet like I said. That feeling is so evident in my life, I have at least once a month sometimes two, three, four that feeling. And I just push forward. This drains my energy, which exhausts my mind. And depletes my soul. Or does it charge my soul, having to ignore those feelings and to continue to persevere. I didn’t know at the age of 16 it was be like this. You’d never know if you met me. But I am so lonely. And lost. Even in a relationship with a beautiful loving partner. I… 😢 😵 🫤
