Thanks for doing this video ..I just bought one today and it was $ 44 .00, Looks like it took care of that log you had there with no problem.. I've never used a chainsaw before only a hacksaw so as a girl I'm a little nervous, however what I need to cut up is not as thick as what you cut ..so I feel better plus your thorough reviews! I'm ready!😂

I have the same Warrior saw and have only used it a few times. However, yesterday the saw itself began shaking (shimmying) so badly that the entire body of the saw did the same plus my hands and arms, shoulders, and skull shook along with it. I felt like my brain was being shaken within my skull. Afterword, I saw that the mechanism that holds the blade and the blade itself was not tight. So do I just need to tighten the blade holder somehow? Appreciate your thoughts.

My Pittsburgh reciprocating saw had a faulty trigger due to low-quality plastic parts. It got stuck and stays on. Dangerous!!! I had to take it apart and sand down the edges to fix it. Some of these tools are more like disposable items, good for only one project. For certain tools, I prefer to invest in a higher-quality option that will last longer with better performance.

I used some Nashua Stretch n Seal tape as a wrap to seal and reinforce this joint. It is easy to use and available at Home Depot, Lowe's and such. Perfect, easy fix using just a 4" or 5" piece. Should last the life of the flush valve or fill tube itself, whichever comes first. Highly recommended!

I have a 2015 V-Star 950, and I bought this exact same windshield based on your recommendation. I am extremely grateful for your video, you saved me tons of time putting it on. Your biggest time saver for me was showing where the brackets went, especially on the forks. My installation went about the same as yours, including using longer screws on the fork brackets. One interesting problem I had was that the machining on one of the fork brackets was such that the barrel didn't line up with the hole. I had to use a Dremel to widen the area of the flat spot (hope that makes sense); the other was perfect. I also used Loctite (blue) on every screw, barrel and set-screw, so it hopefully doesn't come loose. Overall pretty happy with it! My sissy bar/luggage rack is next (same as yours, of course!). Thanks again!

Fantastic! I wasn't sure if this windshield was still being sold as it has been out of stock the times that I have checked. My one recommendation is to keep an eye on the attachment points on the windshield. Mine started to crack on three of them but it seems putting liquid Super Glue on each area has done a nice job of keeping things together. I have an update video on that but just haven't finished it yet. Glad the Dremel was able to clean things up! As far as the back rest, that will go on pretty easily, it can on over the trim pieces that are on the fender. Thanks for watching, JL.

I’m 71, have been cutting grass since I was 10 and have never had such mower issues like I’ve had with Yardmax. Fate two years, my YG1550 needed new wheels and the lower handle broke. I’m a retired pipe fitter so I bent a new lower handle out of better steel tubing. This thing is getting close to being kicked out the door. Give me a good old Murray any day.

Yesterday my toilet flushed and then was extremely slow filling. I flushed any debris from inside (there was some), turned water back on and it flushed/filled fine. But then it wouldn't fill again unless I turned water off and back on. So I initially ordered a whole new fill valve from amazon along with more flappers because I noticed the current one was looking very rough. Then after further research, I saw advice to just replace the seal for the fill valve. So I made another amazon order for 2 seals (one for future use). I got the 1st order today, with the full valve kit and decided to use the seal from it instead of waiting for the 2nd order of 2 seals (because I'm tired of not flushing or having to turn the water off/on). The first few flushes filled at a good speed, but after done there was a squealing noise that hadn't happened before. Came back to youtube and saw the same advice of changing the seal to stop that issue. I pressed down on the top of the fill valve and now it seems to be quiet, at least the last few times I've flushed. When I get the 2nd order of seals, I'll open a package and put one in the new fill valve and not have to worry about remembering if the whole thing needs to be replaced. It is nice being self-sufficient, especially if you don't have a man around to be handy.

Speaking about the flapper looking rough, it was very jelly like lol...yucky when I touched it. Korky brand which is supposed to be resistant to chlorine, but I guess there's a limit.

Are you going to be starting from the deck, or using the rope guide, which keeps it in place further up the handle?
@lendermanshop2 ай бұрын
I am using the rope guide up on the handle. On my first 1550, I initially took it off as the rope would get caught on shrubbery, etc. However, I did end up putting the rope guide back on to pull from the upper position. I am no expert but I feel the engine timing is better with the pull up high, though I may be completely wrong on this. Thanks for watching, JL.

Dude, it only takes a coupple minutes to drain a water heater, without using a pump. Who the hell told you it takes 2-3 hours to drain😂😂😂 WTF
@lendermanshop2 ай бұрын
Without going back into the video and checking the specifics, I think I said about 15+/- minutes to drain and about 15+/- minutes to refill; and doing all of that 3-4 times would take maybe 2-3 hours. Nobody suggested that timeline, this was based on experience regarding the entire process from beginning to end. Thanks for watching, JL.

I had a restricted water flow from my shower head as well, but I troubleshooted with the shower head removed and then turned on the water after removal to see what the flow pressure was like thru the shower hose. Low and behold it also had washers that restricted the flow so then I removed the washers from the hose and turned the water on again and whoa Nelly, the water came thru at 2.5 GPM, just like the pressure valve is rated. I then screwed on the shower head again, leaving it's washer in (because it is also deeper inside and harder to remove compared to the hose washer. Problem solved, water pressure was fantastic!!!

Yep, I have one of those except mine is DC. I use it to transfer external water containers (IBC totes) into my travel trailer's 80-gallon tank. It does quite a good job and I can mount it to the deck of my cargo hold. It is actually my second one, since I accidentally ran the first one dry for about 20 minutes when I walked away and the tote ran out of water. That will burn out the pump. I think the limit is about 30 seconds of running dry.
@lendermanshop2 ай бұрын
That's a great use for a pump like this. I had considered the A/C one as well but thought this one would serve my purpose a bit better. The upside is that the replacement is not too pricey. Thanks for watching, JL.

You didn’t actually show how to replace the wheel. So this clip is useless!!!!!!
@lendermanshop2 ай бұрын
You are correct, my apologies. You will need to use a 15mm socket to remove the wheel nut to take off what is left of the stock wheel. Your new wheel should go right on, you will need to lift the mower as you install or have it set on a couple 2x4s. If you are replacing it with a Yard Force wheel as I did, there will be less thread for the wheel nut to attach to the shaft. Just keep an eye on that for your first few mowings, after which time they should stay on pretty well. Thanks for watching, JL.

Good review. Just facts. I have one of these. Definitely not the highest of quality but it's the cheapest one I could find. I refuse to spend a tremendous amount of money on a push mower. I have had good success with it thus far. The one thing you mentioned about the smoke and the back fires. Could be the timing is off by literally one tooth or it could have been damaged from brand new. I have read a lot of reviews that sound like people have damaged them right out of the box. They put cheap oil in, start them one time, drain the oil back out and ship them. One thing I always live by is all motors need to be broke in. Manufactures say no but really it's your risk. When I got mine, before I ever started it. I turned the blade and it was really rough. I put synthetic oil in it and good gas and cycled it a bunch of times before I started it. I ran it for a half hour before I ever cut with it. It puffed white smoke on the first start and never did it again. Nothing is made with the same quality it used to be. I think we all have to be more diligent these days or we won't have anything very long
