@S.Creations1 4k, 24 fps, adapted 50mm f/1.8. I also shot in clog3 for grading in post. We used one light- a Ulanzi led rgb- like $40 on Amazon. We also used the ambient lighting in the room. Let me know if you have any other questions!

How did you color grade this short as the M50 does not come with any flat profile or log feature

@Abyss-id4qv you can download cinestyle for free which is a neutral lut that mimics log well enough to make the footage gradeable. I used it a lot and had good results. Hope this helps!

Nothing deep- just supposed to be a quick entertaining flick. Basically, he's determined to try using chopsticks the right way, but can't. Eventually, in his anger, he accidently finds a solution

Awesome short! I'm loving this camera. I've only had it for a few months and I've mostly used it for photography. However, I'm getting ready to shoot a short western, so I've finally been playing with the video mode. Holy cow, I am stunned at the quality! I've been using my friends As7iii as DP for work on his film lately, personally I like the look of this a lot more.

Yeah, I've really enjoyed working with the camera and I think the log footage looks terrific and is easy to work with. Stay tuned, we have a large horror film dropping and another big project this summer. All shot with the R8

This quality is AMAZING!!!! I have a canon t5i and everything i shoot looks like it was shot on an Android.. super noisy/blurry. My friend has a Sony thats SUPER sharp & crispy in AUTO mode. So i came here to see the potential my little canon is capable of bc im very discouraged from shooting with it. I only have the kit lens btw What settings & lens did you use???

The biggest trick is shooting manual and keeping the ISO below 800. Most of this was shot at ISO 400 or less. That will keep the noise at a minimum. Also, pick up a canon 50mm f/1.8. It picks up a lot of light, looks great, and is super cheap. Those things should produce good quality nearly everytime. Hope that was helpful. Thanks for the comment!

Man.. how did you get that quality? Almost zero noise, with no light gear and with original lens! Can you give me a tip about this, please?

Basically, we just focused on finding places with good natural light, or at least places with enough light to keep us at or below 800 ISO. We noticed that if we tried to push higher than 800, there would be a lot of added noise. So that was our thought process when it came to lighting without lights.

The base ISO is 100. From 100-400, you get virtually no noise. 400-800 is slight noise, and 800-1600 is medium noise. I do not know the native ISO @@estevaofoizer
