Did you replace module or just do a new cover and plug in ? Some air bags module have to be sent off or ordered to make the people light go off on dash? Was lights on dash turned off after replacement

If my air bags have deployed do I just replace them or will I have to reset codes off the computer or anything like that ??

You no need remove this cover plastic.... just turn the steering wheel and can see the 3 access for remove it

Wait 30 minutes at minimum for capacitors to drain after disconnecting the battery.

What else did you have to replace or do to get the new airbags to work and to make the airbag light turn off ?

Can the cover be replaced without removing the entire airbag unit?

Any idea if just the cover is replaceable? I have my wife who scuffed through the Adobe color to the black. Not looking to replace the whole air bag.
