Need Help from motherboard experts. My Dell e7470 was damged from dock area. All motherboard is working fine and laptop is booting but the dock area gets very hot and spark. I don't want to dock in my laptop. Is there any way that i can disconnect the dock area from power. The dock area is a separated slice in motherboard.

my laptop is also lenovo g50-30. it was working.and I plugged it into the charger while the charge was running low. shows that it is charging but the percentage did not increase and turned off. I replaced the battery, the laptop burned out and worked, and turned off again without power. then the indicator also did not light up. this laptop does not burn only through the charger without a battery. in fact, can this laptop burn without a battery ?. if you know the condition of my laptop please help me. thank you so much for your help. Sir laptop on ho rha hai to aap motherboard se problem hai qki aap ne charger kar liya battery change kar diya to ab sirf motherboard ki hi problem hai isliye app ko mere pas laptop bhejna hoga. Mai delhi se hu Nehru place se 8178306868
