Hoe wordt bij het snijden van de koker de onderzijde gesneden? Als de koker een kwartslag wordt gedraaid hoe zorg je dan dat de laatste snede op de juiste positie zit? Wel goed geregisseerd.

Beste Jeroen, scherp opgemerkt! De koker wordt gedraaid door armen in het buffer. Maar, op de filmlocatie zijn de buffers niet opgebouwd, daarom is dit niet te zien in de film. Groet, Jan Kranendonk EDIT: om op je tweede vraag te antwoorden, de positie van de tweede snede wordt bepaald door te meten met de robot. Zo is er geen overgang te zien!

Thanks for you comment SFIFAB. The machine adjusts the beam positioners in a smart way, so they will not collide. No manual action is needed to position them. The positions are determined based on the 3D CAD model of the beams. If you like any more details, please contact us. You can find contact info on our website.

Thanks for you comment Francis. Please note that you look at the machine in its testing phase. The speed of the robot movements was lowered to protect our engineers. Today in actual production it runs a lot faster, and workers are protected with intelligent sensors.
