Totally agree about Yellowface, I read it so fast and thought it was so well done! I had the same complaints about Divine Rivals and enjoyed Ruthless Vows even more because it went more into the magic and mythology! Too bad you didn’t love Weyward, Ali, I did (thought the audiobook was really good) but can totally see where you’re coming from!!

I will say I did like the audiobook performance for Weyward, I listened and read. I also forgot to mention that the writing was very good. I can see that the author is super talented. It was just too dark for me. I'm excited to get into ruthless vows!!

Todd here. Great video very entertaining. I mainly read poetry, fantasy, and history, but I might start branching out into popular fiction. I just recently re signed up for my Barnes & Noble memebership. I always see at least one book I want while going there, I bought a few blu ray movies from them as well recently.

Love y’all! 1. The Harry Potter slander from Guille is something else in this video. #justiceforHP 2. Lord of the Rings vs HP: HP for me. Ronnie says Lord of the Rings, no contest. But also, I haven’t read lord of the rings, so Ronnie’s opinion is the fair judgement as someone who read/watched the books/movies. 3. Justice for Peeta. In all our years as friends, I never knew you felt this way about Peeta, Aliana 🥲 but then again, I think Bella should’ve ended up with Jacob instead of Edward in Twilight. That might also just be because I was obsessed with Taylor Lautner, so 🤷🏻♀️

You guys should do a video where you read the same book at a similar pace and then post fragments of videos where you guys discuss certain chapters at a time, but in the sense that it is a "read-a-long" between you both AND any potential viewers! That way we can see both of your takeaways at different parts of the book all through the end! Instead of talking about it AFTER you've both read it, talk about it WHILE you both read it.
