Hello, I believe your question had been answered via our email communication. If you somehow did not receive our email, refer below: When one axis is rotating 180 degrees and the other axis is rotating 360 degrees, we can cover the 3D plot's datapoints- a. To make it easier to picture it, if you picture the antenna in front of you, now you turn the antenna 90 degrees, and the top of the antenna(A) points to the Right. b. Then the system does a 180 azimuth rotation, and the top(A) of the antenna travels from the Right side to the Left. So it covers 1st half of the circle. c. Since we do a 360 degree for the 2nd axis, there will time when the top(A) of the antenna will be at the Left side and now the azimuth rotates 180 degrees, the top(A) of the antenna travels from the initial LEFT side and ends at the Right side. This covers the 2nd half of the circle to provide 360 degrees coverage.

Why ONLY 180° measurements in the elevation plane is needed? should it be 360?

Why cross polarized antenna? Should it be copolarized for eplane and hplane measurements?

How does the antenna configuration work on this UE-dongle? Does it have one Tx and one Rx outlet which are separated, or could the connections to the Lime board be flipped?

Why not used anechoic chamber as people always used it to get better results for radiation pattern?

Hi @Adnan Ghaffar. Yes, it would be better to use in an anechoic chamber but as we are targeting the education market, not all universities or colleges have access to an anechoic chamber. Therefor our demo video does not use an anechoic chamber. Never the less if the university has the access then it would be even better.
