Ohhhhh 😅😅 now I'm gonna try listening to it again then ... let's see if I hear it right this time... I feel like if I listen to the same one over and over it works better but not sure yet since I'm new to ur podcasts ... I wake up too much though... Stress .. might need give up ADHD meds that also keep me up and get back on Clonazepam to get full night's sleep.... But I'm still gonna keep enjoying ur podcasts....
