people for some reason fighting over "well actually omori isn't real and loses, or well chara is a ghost." Also of well its unfair if in headspace and unfair to omori if in real world. THis is where neutral world form for a fair 1v1. Where both gain their upperhand default, Omori gains their abilities excluding headspace abilities and Chara gains their abilities excluding undertale video game abilities (specifically by pure vide game world not just abilities that work linked to it.) Example, Omori cannot simply reset everything, but Chara cant simply reset either as there is no player. This is the fairest ground fight, where both have their defaults in a neutral verse. In this case, for one Chara cannot simply erase Omori as she does not hold the power to erase, but rather allow another to erase with their ability (as proven by waiting till the end as they had to rely on the player to erase.) Chara is also not emotionless and if so Omori is proven to effect emotionless people, and Determination is an determination, and clearly Omori can effect those weakening her reset ability if you still wanna keep it which from that logic should allow Omori their ability then of headspace resets and arms (not control of the entire universe.) Now purely going by typical RPG fight style as both games are, it works that Omori would allow Chara to attack first, be killed but would not succumb, and from there Char attacks again as Omori not succumbing allows the person to go next afterwards but a forgotten part, it decreases the stats of the others and increases his stats, slowly making it so he can tank a hit, and having attacks that do 400 damage, Chara at max can have 109 from 99 max and sleeping giving +10 max hp. This is a fight of a stalemate in a fair verse as most 1v1 across different games go and pushes more to Omori favor by a better hax of not succumbing with a stat boost and able to effect emotions and guilt as Chara is proven to have clearly dislike the genocide run as this is compared to. If this is not compared to genocide run Chara even without game logic cannot manfest and would have a form of a ghost, leading to Omori logically winning by default as Chara is dead already and cant win nor damage. This is a fight of best case for CHara stalemate and best case for Omori a win. Its a fight of willpower, of which Omori willpower is stronger.

Late to the party but thsi is a clean point as this a fight of sheer will than killing due to their hax and abilities and of which Omori has the advantage able to effect emotions as proven here, and is able to drive the determination out of chara which determination is what allows them to reset.
