I just searched terracotta pot and found this one. It is not suitable for my Hoya in my environment though. My Hoya had a hard time in this pot. I actually repotted all of them into other pots this weekend.

It consists of orchid bark mix, worm casting, cactus soil mix, and coco coir. I saw an airy mix online from a brand and they listed all the ingredients. I just mix those ingredients I already have on hand myself 🤓

I have not been able to prop the var wayettii in water or soil. Maybe moss in ziploc baggie will work. I always put my props in baggie for humidity

I struggled with propagating the variegated wayetii as well until I learned from some KZbinr that it requires good airflow to propagate. I had been trying to propagate it in a prop box and the leaves kept dropping. So I removed it from the prop box and just put in on my windowsill, in perlite, and I noticed that it stopped dropping leaves. It takes a long time to root though.

From what I research this one loves light and easy to get rotten if not let the soil dry completely. Not going to water this one much during winter season that is for sure 😅

Carnosa compacti is hard for me also, treating with sulfur has helped. 🫶🏼💚

I sprayed all my Hoya several times with sulfur and it really helped to kick start growth. Hoyas are so susceptible to flat mites and spreads easily to all the other Hoya. They also need a lot of light so I am buying grow lights

Hi. Love my Hoya too. Have several Lisa and they seem to grow best with some filtered direct light. New leaves have bright pink glow that is very beautiful. Try to be very careful watering as they get root rot more easily. Thanks for your detailed video
