I live in a very small town in TN. It’s just big enough that I can find their sauces at the grocery, which led me here. I’ve made almost everything I’ve seen on this channel and although I give credit to Michael’s for the recipe - people think I’m a genius. Also, love the narrator. I can understand him. My neighbor is from Brooklyn and we can hardly understand each other. A lot of “what? could you repeat that?” Really good guy, for a Yankee. lol

WRONG. "We Americans" do NOT put butter everywhere, If we did we would have less heart disease, like the French. That being said, I saw butter put into pasta sauces quite often when I was working as a guest Chef in Firenze, Italy.
