sick! you're a good dude, love the vibe. here's a little tip, make the paddle up to temples with some tide on the reef. punch thru the top cave and paddle along the inside rocks until you get to the temple launch below the surf villas. its a long stretch but totally worth it once you get up there. then scoot back down to peak when you're on the way out, straight shot to the cave. enjoy!

Very cool build, for the next one look into other joinery methods often borrowed from woodworking such as dovetails. The dowels are not ideal for this Application as they are prone to concentrating stress during flexion and can snap.. Take a look at the 3D printed firearms community they are the probably the most technical hobbyists pushing FDM to the max and have a lot of great tips and techniques to borrow. Another thing to look at would be some more advanced printing materials such a pa6-cf that can be annealed. Would be expensive but could build something incredibly durable

Stoked driftline stepped up and is helping you get to indo, you deserve it. I have several pairs of driftline board shorts and they’re great, however the latest drop of their coastline collection seems to be cut weird and don’t feel high quality like the older collections. Hopefully I got a fluke pair and that’s not the new standard.
