Only the regular 2-syllable verbs take an epsilon in order to create a third syllable for the accent.

It's the same. I think that in expensive restaurants they use more the word "μενού" and at the greek taverna the word "κατάλογος". But you can use both everywhere.

Αυτό δεν συμβαίνει στη γλώσσα μου. Κανονικά, όπως κάθε γλώσσα, υπάρχουν πολλές λέξεις που προέρχονται από άλλες γλώσσες, αλλά δεν αλλάζουμε τις λέξεις που είναι στη γλώσσα μου
