Such innate time-keeping, and wearing the most glorious tutu. Topday so many wear flat dinner-plate type tutus, that seem stiff,and cumbersome.

Nureyev's choreography lacks charm, style, character-- it looks impressive in the lest imaginative way. IT's sharp, and so is Odile -- but there's nothing seductive about it. Fonteyn can do it, but it's not worthy of her.

I think it is very charming, very intricate and needs superb control. And also more akin to the Odette style, after all Siegfried has to recognise in Odile some of the qualities of Odette.
