Explained really well,however I had a doubt regarding the increasing costs .....Why would the output will decrease in the latter equilibrium...

If we draw the second cost curves in the right of the first one then the output will increase. Since i have drawn this on the left that is why the output is showing a decreasing trend.

I had one doubt regarding constant cost industry too...even if the price remains constant and output increases.... Isn't cost curves are suppose to change as we've read in the previous chapter that with the rise in the output cost always increases...Kindly elucidate...

We can draw it on either side.. because cost after a certain level of production may decrease may increase as well same for output. It is not mandatory that after certain time period output will just increase it may decrease also

@@economicsclasses9966 first of all really it meant a lot when you considered replying me.. didn’t think I would get a reply.. thnks a lot ma’am. I literally have so many topics😂as I was never able to find apt explanation but to be precise I just grouped them. like one group of similar topics is- (perfect competition)Consumers" and Producers' Surplus and Efficiency of Perfect Competition, Welfare Effects of an Excise Tax, Import Tariff, Price controls (supports) and Production Quotas. I know they are a lot but sab similar hain.so even if one thing gets clear I feel rest will get cleared too. Main issue is that consumer and producer surplus samjh hi nahi aata hai and that too inclusive of all this taxes and supports toh it is too complex. And like price discrimination(all the three degrees+two part tariff)in Monoply And like monetary and fiscal poilicies effectiveness in IS-LM-BP.( this i never found anywhere)

I can't explain by words.... Ur class are so informative N we understood easily well . But ma'am As u know everyone is not equal to knowing English properly... U should should speak mostly in Hindi, so that we understand everything well ....😊❤️✌️
