I'm having elective eye surgery and will be prescribed tobramycin eye drops and eye ointment. Does the FDA Black Box Warning apply to eye drops and ointment as far as the *possibility* of ototoxicity, neurotoxicity, nephrotoxicity, even C. dff.? I understand that drops and ointment are not systemically absorbed .... but is there the POSSIBILITY of adverse effects? Because I have a serious medical history and I don't want to take any chances for an *elective* surgery. Thank you so much!

The painkillers I was given were not sufficient to manage the pain, and a large area of my leg has purple bruises. However, I must thank my surgeon and nurses for their exceptional performance overall.

I've done this 3 years ago, i have minuss 12,5 on both eyes and I've been wearing glasses for more than 20 years. And now, i'm free, dont need any glasses whatsoever and my sight is normal. So, f*ck Relex Smile or whatever they called for the other more expensive procedure (that's just their way of marketing). Just get the best doctor in town and u'll be fine.

I was told by my Doctor that i could raise the bumper up the tube a bit if it gets to tight. But I cannot get it to move. Any tips?

I had this done on one finger 2 years ago. I think the worse was the first injection to numb it and then when it was wearing off. The pain from the surgery was not bad at all and after about a month full movement and relief. Now I have another finger that has it and will get it fixed in a few weeks.

I'll bet the guy in this video had a communicable disease he thought would make him rich but the clinic said "We're not doing trials on that leaking, yellow fluid right now but can pay you $40 to put drops in your eyes."
