In variable contour, in the main tab, you will see drive method. Click the button in the right of the drop-down menu. Change the cutting strategy. If you have watched the video, you will see starting from 2:15. Instead of mixed, use zig zag with lifts

If the translation is correct, as far as I understand you are asking that whether I did this part in practical or not. Yes, I did several times. However, this is demonstration so in practice the strategy is different. Moreover, the part geometry is found from some websites and the size is very big.
