For anyone thathas put the 3 flutes and any or non of the bird as appeared. Ypu need to complete kanto plot, follow the kanto plot till you defeat the 4 again, when you do it you have to do the missions with axel (post game of kanto) there you will see the rocket team trying to cath the 3 birds, when you succesfully prevent them you will see the birds in their places

Jump towards an enemy while holding down and pressing attack for the downward elbow attack as seen at 4:40), then quickly press opposite facing direction to grab the enemy from behind (has a surprising grappling distance and they'll give you their backs even if theyre still facing forward.). You and Davpreec are two of my favorite channels, I like how skillful you are doing 1 cc of these games , most mods are unbalanced and enemies tend to destroy you in flocks of dozens and also always have an unreasonable high HP for being just normal mobs, is a problem most fan games have that's why is even more impressive if you think about it

brat you re playing an openbor game that uses the very first Beats Of Rage engine !!!! i have played that bastard two decades ago but it included Kula, Kula and Mary and the game was so repetitive and basic : no supers , no specials, nothing just a dashing attack and the enamines are the same over and over and over that thought it was the end of Openbor life but guess what as the time passed several good fan games showed up like Goldan Axe Remake, Final Fight Gold , Mortal Kombat The Chosen one etc... and of course i played them, now i have only the best of them like Final Fight LNS Ultimate V4.1 and Streets Of Rage X !
