This sounds stupid but if your anti-theft light is flashing And it won’t start, put a new battery in your remote or just don’t use the remote! I’m told this a common issue with the electrical system. You might also have a loose ground wire. Those are the cheap fixes. Otherwise you may need a new starter or solenoid, etc I would start there. Oh, you can wait a while and keep turning the key on and it may start until you get it fixed. Good luck. I have the same problem.

If Martial Law is called out it would be by individual State Governor’s to the National Guard (not the U.S. Military). A President cannot activate the National Guard. The President would have to request that from a State Governor. The State Governor can always deny the request. As far as sending the U.S. Military to secure the borders. That is something that falls into the jurisdiction of a President’s Duty and it has been done in the past.

If you're trying to do this after an oil change, it won't work. The "Service Engine Soon" light on the 2001 Frontier has nothing to do with oil changes. It's the same as a "Check Engine" light in other cars. The owner's manual calls it the "Malfunction Indicator Lamp". If it's on, there's a problem code in the computer. The 2001 Frontier has no indicator light for changing oil. I got my truck used and just went through this with the shop that changed my oil.

2000 Buick century 3.1 L V6, it would not start with the key I’ve been using for a number of years, all the lights and whistles and radio would come on, but nothing would crank over. After watching this video, I got the second key for the Buick and it started on the first time. I told my mechanic this, and he told me to go to a locksmith and have them duplicate the key that works.

Helped me alot. The only issue remaining is: rpm soaring betwen 500-750 during startup that disappears in 20-30 seconds
