You are right. I'm just rewatching your Ingramspark course including the 2023 update. May I ask if you reached those numbers with 'non-returnable' or did you change back to 'returnable' in 2024?

My Ingram account got terminated but I'm still getting paid my previous royalty Ingram is the best. Please what type of children books dose Ingram accept I'd create more of coloring books and publish on kdp and Ingram.

KDP doesn't pay till 3 months, too.

I just lost my brother last week when his AML relapsed to his CNS and brain. He was first diagnosed with AML about 2 years ago and immediately was treated for this cancer. Since he was in his early 70's, they used a modified treatment regimen which got him into remission. After bouts of viral and fungal infections he was release to go home. His treatment plan was injections of Vidaza for 7 days at the clinic and Venetoclax medication at home. He went through 17 cycles of this and no sign of relapse. Then all of a sudden he got weak, dizzy, and nausea. Oncology gave him some anti-nausea medication to see if it helps but no change. Took him to emergency and after some testing, he had a mass on his brain. After sampling the spinal fluid it was confirmed to have AML. They tried whole head radiation treatment, but it was too late. My older brother passed away 12 days later. Trying to get his estate in order and grieving at the same time is not easy to do. We have been close brothers for the past 73 years, and now this....Cancer Sucks! Thank You for sharing your story it made feel a bit better about to cope with this loss.

Do you know the definition of green yellow and red especially for competition in regards to the scope of time horizon? In other words, do they check competition against the current month sales data?

Hi I have always used publisher rocket for my KW research and got this to use as an additional source of information. I am getting total opposite results in KDP Spy than in PR. So where for a phrase Rocket is green green or green yellow, KD Spy is Red and says it's too competitive. What to believe?

What about the cost for shipping fees? I see IngramSpark does not include that, so after those fees were your royalties still that high? Also what about customer service if there is issues with your books when they are purchased? If you have to offer a 40% discount does that automatically make you have to price your books price higher than what you charge for it on Amazon to compensate, and is that allowed? I also see that you were charged for book returns, did you have to pay the shipping charges again for those as well? Appreciate the content you put out, and I have been on the fence about whether or not to start publishing on Ingram in 2025 so knowing firsthand about costs like shipping and returns will help. I just lost my brother earlier this week from AML. His was resistant to treatment and never was able to get a transplant. It still doesn’t feel real. Thankfully he never had pain , but when the AML started to take him it took him very quickly. I’ve had people who lived to very old ages and others who died young in my family so you just never know. Live today.

the reason the little Daymond book is outselling all the others on kids money and saving category is because the author is a famous black entrepreneur Daymond Johns who built the clothing company For Us By Us ie FUBU and is featured on several seasons of the popular Shark Tank Tv show. So of course if anyone searches the category and sees he was author they put that one at the top of list as the author is well known and has credibility in that niche unlike some random anonymous KDP publisher. So just keep that in mind when looking at sales numbers and thinking of all those dollar signs you will get self publishing KDP books.

Why do I not have "design your site?

My book is more 8-14 year old range. It will be a series. Book 2 is done. It's more of an adventure book. 10 year old gets stranded on an island but gets home eventually from animals on the island. A dolphin and a big turtle. He gets rescured from a boat that the dolphin and turtle push him to. I plan 5 in the series. But, I need help.

May I ask if we can sell different types of books with 1 amazon account or if it's better to create multiple accounts with different niches (ex : account 1 is selling coloring books for kids, account 2 is selling blank journals for adults..) I can't figure out if selling different type of books on 1 account can make the customer feel a bit confused..
