You can use the Manhole Cover Lift System to help loosen some of your stuck or stubborn manhole covers. Place the magnet on the edge of the manhole cover instead of the center and use the leverage on the dolly to lift the one edge. We do not currently offer a product specifically for loosening stuck covers since we find the above method to be effective on most stuck covers.
