This is beautiful...how long is the chain that you hung the flower on? To have a sense of size could you please also tell us the length of the petals you used. I am thinking of the proportions. Many thanks in advance.

The butterfly width ( at the widest point ) 12cm 🦋 , height ( at the highest point ) 8cm 🦋

Do you worry about air getting trapped in bettween the folds and the backing? I mean , I don´t se any air holes in between the layer of folded clay and the base...does this caue problems in baking- ie air is trapped?

DIY is right! From pattern to texture, to shape, these earrings are one of a kind. I'd love to see them modeled. Another characteristic I noticed was navy, dark blue colour... For some reason, I don't see many clay jewelry pieces that colour! I just found you so my research for tonight will be finding more of your treasures. Thank you for sharing this with us. I do have one question.....how durable are they? In some spots they look very thin. I love this eclectic stuff!🤍🖤💙👍🏼

I made these earrings for myself and I wanted them to be very light ,but you can make them number 3 on a pasta machine . If baked correctly ,polymer clay is very durable .

I use High Gloss Polymer Clay and Craft Varnish . I bought this on eBay . You can use the varnish you have . It is important that it is clear and gloss.🤍🤍🤍
