Growing up in CL I learned that your spouse is one of the major ways God will communicate with you, my wife heard the way I spoke about my family and she was like “ you haven’t forgiven them” and she said the way I know is by how you talk, your still angry with them. I fought her on it cause I said to myself that I forgive them for the mental and emotional and verbal abuse. My mom Died when I was 15 It ruined my life in so many ways some of which I am still trying to recover from. Myself and my younger sister were stuck being raised by our grandmother and it was not the easiest experience for any of us. But I have more or less turned my back on my entire family and have put in an insane amount of effort to prove them wrong and to get as far away from them as possible. I told myself if they die I’m not showing up for anything. They have nothing to do with me just liked they wished for . They are not my problem and I am not theirs. My wife has wanted a relationship with her own grand parents and family and has tried to do so multiple times. She heard me say “ that if they wanted to reconcile I would want nothing to do with any of them “ She told me that was another indication that I had not yet forgiven them. Please pray for me as for YEARS I have built my mind and body to one day deal with physical or verbal confrontation with them and am trying to figure out how to go about communicating either them again someday. I miss CL its been so long since I have been home. Its good to see God still reaches for mew even if I am from afar

Kenzie really nailed it when she pointed out that God is creative, He is the creator. He created music. I am certain that there are styles of musical worship that have yet to be manifested through His creative power. As well as styles already created that we simply have not yet seen or heard. As Kenzie says, our lives should be a worship to Him. Very good podcast!
