They were some of the best fall colors I’ve ever seen! I would definitely recommend visiting Starved Rock sometime especially during the fall time.

Sprained my wrist bad, like your ankle. It took a good 3 months to heal and 6 months to get back to pain free. For me I focused on lower body exercises while my wrist was healing, Box jumps and such. Work on upper body exercises, Pull ups and monkey bar stuff. Keep the weight off, let it heal. Get well. My early 20's were very rough as well. It will get better.

I’m sorry you had to go through that. I don’t think it’s going to take that long for my ankle. Maybe like a month at the most until it’s fully back to where it was before the injury, but I will try to work on upper body exercises while it heals. Thanks for the advice!

Let your ankle heal fully before doing too much with it otherwise there's a good chance it could be a recurring problem. Strengthen your ankle slowly and progressively

I completely understand. I ended up in another traffic jam again tonight except this time it was only around half an hour and wasn’t standstill like in this video, but it has been frustrating dealing with this summer. Hopefully it gets better for you!

Things did end up getting better once I did arrive at the place, but the traffic wasn’t fun to sit through especially for 3 hours. Also I would really like to check out Italy sometime!
