Any foreigners setting up a business in Thailand r insane!!! All the laws r against you, only 49% ownership which means at some point your Thai partner will cheat you,,,, That is a fact of living in Thailand!! If I had a beer for every farang whose been cheated out of a business in Thailand I would be there for the next ten years propping up a bar!! Stay clear of business in Thailand...It will lead you to an early grave!!!

It's really so tough to start business in Thailand rather than Singapore 😊
