I was in this lounge at the weekend. Need to pre book. It gets very busy. Overall not too bad, some worn out seats and food a little limited

I entered for free as a Star Alliance Gold Member. You might be able to pay at the door, walk in rate approx USD$35 BUT i cannot confirm this.

Yes there's a washing machine, i dry it indoor. I'm not sure but you will have to ask the front desk

For regional flights on China Eastern, same. Only on 777-300er or long haul flights are entertainment options available
