Just tried you setup. Idk whats different today but the enemies die WAY slower, and the waves go WAY faster, usually it starts with 5-10 Brood commanders but before they are dead 3-6 Chargers join them

It is obvious that you have not played it on difficulties 13 to 15, that is where it is most noticeable that just having the Rumbler is not enough. Besides that, why the hell are you asking for it to be nerfed? If you don't like the weapon DO NOT USE IT and that simple! don't try to ruin the experience and enjoyment of other players just because of your own personal displeasure
