You’re lovely Sweety, and yes! Listening to this talk has been inspirational for me especially with my own academic background and the effects it had on my ability to believe in myself. It’s taken the better part of several decades to feel the inner strength and courage to embark on the journey of going to college for the first time at nearly the age of 50! It was reassuring for me to hear you say “take it at your own pace”. Even at my age where time is of the essence I don’t want to place myself under unrealistic expectations as to chew off more than I can bite so I’ll proceed carefully and slowly until I feel I’m getting the hang of it. Much of what needs a good overhauling in my life is making sure I have good time management and organization skills since I’ll still be working part time. Can’t wait to start though!!!!

I feel like this is with me I wouldn’t party but I was lazy and not paying attention. Unfortunately, I was on academic probation so then I was just accepted back into the pre reqs so here I am trying to do better I had a dual enrollment into a different college and doing some credits so hopefully it’ll all go well and better I will push myself.

Girl partying is addictive and a lot of people don’t talk about that with their children before sending them off to school. It’s a very toxic cycle to fall into be careful who you hang out with in life. There are 30 year olds who are partying like you were at 18. Never be angry about yourself for having a party phase. They are common. Be happy you got that out of your system extremely young ❤
