Honestly, after watching this, it felt like stepping back 10 years in my career. The content was outdated and overly theoretical-much like many agile gurus who teach the concepts but don't actually apply them in real-world product or engineering projects. I’m sorry, but it felt like a waste of time. I’d much rather hear from engineers or PMs who use agile practically in their daily work, rather than sitting through theoretical lectures.
