When I traveled alone to Greece in 2015, I reached out to the local Rotary Club in Thessaloniki. A Rotarian took me sightseeing, invited other Rotarians out to meet me (one person drove from Romania!) and presented me with a huge bottle of olive oil to take home. It was wonderful! I also visited a Club in Bangkok in 2017 and met other visiting Rotarians from India and Africa.

I was warmly welcomed by the Rotarians in Whakatane,New Zealand. It was great fun attending their meeting and hearing the discussions that were not unlike ours In Cambridge, Vermont. I recommend this Rotary experience ! Coco Joy Blood

I had the pleasure, as New Generations Director with our club of Avalon Northeast here in Newfoundland Canada, to attend a regular meeting of the Rotary Club of Washington DC in October 2019. Dr. Marco Clark was the guest speaker along with the club's newly sponsored Interact Club. Dr. Clark shared his experiences as a champion for youth in DC. A highlight for me was listening to youth members from the Richard Wright PCS Interact Club explain current and planned club initiatives. You can't help but come away with new ideas from attending another club's meeting.
