It’s a shame Garmin has so many issues with the app, Garmin Express and software crashes etc. They have so many devices and watches that they should appeal to a lot more people. I know one person who was an ardent Wahoo user and is disappointed by the new Elemnt that he has bought a 1040. He used to use Garmin before but bought Wahoo because of all the issues with Garmin. I know of another Wahoo user who used a Bolt V2 and is not impressed by the new Elemnt and would never consider using Garmin. Says a lot really. There’s nothing here to convince me to buy this version. All the updates on this device will filter down to the 1040 series bar a few. Probably not worth buying for unless a bargain on eBay

I recommend disabling the eat and drink alerts feature unless you’re on a long ride. I had this on my Edge 530 but when I was commuting it kept popping up and it was annoying considering my commute was only 13 miles in the morning. I had already eaten before leaving for work 🙄

Thank you for posting this informative easy to use video. I followed your instructions to a tee. The scope is on a Tenpoint 440. I did a manual caliberation and just punched in the number 440 for arrow speed. At 50 yards, my arrow is in the center circle. I jumped back to 58 yards, locked in on the target and the arrow keeps hitting 2-3 inches low. I didnt go past 58 yards even though during setup it stated I was caliberated to 80 yards since I figured the shot would drop even more. Is there an additional setting in the scope that has to be calibrated to shot past 50 yards. Thank you

Here's my problem and I'm about to lose my mind trying to figure it out. I selected a 5k plan and it sent it to my new Forerunner165, but the daily suggested workout doesn't match what is in the plan. For example, my first workout is today, and in the plan it is 26 minutes of base. However, when I go to my watch, the daily suggested workout is 46 minutes! Double what the plan is telling me to do! What is going on! I'm so bummed out! I really want to get going on this plan, but 46 minutes for a first run? Why isn't it showing me what's in the plan????

Having just returned the firmware bug riddled 'Enduro 3' after letting my battery drained 'Fenix 6’ Sapphire go, I am looking for a watch in your current line-up which can reliably sync via Wi-Fi and without having to use the USB-C cable. The 'Enduro 3' could not do that.
