For Tim-LOL Sateen: Sateen is a fabric made using a satin weave structure but with spun yarn instead of filament yarn. It is a cotton or other non-silk fabric that has the characteristics of silk satin but is less expensive. The dense weave, sheen, and softer feel of sateen are produced through the satin weave structure.

I think you guys overthought the stir fry.I don’t follow a recipe. I cook 🧑🍳 tofu and veggies 🥗 with soy sauce or teriyaki sauce and put it over rice 🍚 or not, depending on my mood. I may sprinkle some red pepper flakes or other seasonings. It doesn’t have to be as complicated as you made it seem like it is

You inspired me to finally make some seitan! I decided to use a recipe from cheap lazy vegan that included tofu too because it looked so easy. I left out the oil and a lot of the bouillon and soy sauce. My husband and I have heart disease and high blood pressure so I tweaked the recipe to lower fat and salt, and it was still amazing. Now I can make all your seitan recipes❤

Your comment is funny. You know I need to have easy choices or I get bogged down in decisions and just make bad choices. Having seitan available makes things very easy. Thanks so much for being an early commenter and supporter of the show. BTW, Tim and Lexx are going to do a video themselves and Lexx is going to edit it and upload next week. Thats the plan anyway. Let's see if they can make that happen.

Just having that cooked and in the fridge opens you up to any meal you would normally have chicken in. Even just a chicken salad type of thing like we did with the wraps. That just takes minutes to assemble, right? Thanks so much for being an early commenter and supporter of the show. BTW, Tim and Lexx are going to do a video themselves and Lexx is going to edit it and upload next week. Thats the plan anyway. Let's see if they can make that happen.

I follow the recipe and find I need closer to 15 ounces water. I also cut the cough ball into ten pieces, wrap with a small square of parchment paper and steam in my instant pot for 20 minutes using the trivet to keep dough on top of the water. Natural release. The paper keeps the balls from getting glued to each other during steaming 😊

Hi Joey! Regarding your pancake recipe, the written one on your website has 3/4 cup oat flour not 1/2 & you mention in the video. Also you mention adding whole wheat flour but I don't see that listed in the written recipe🤔
@PlantBasedDads5 күн бұрын
the written one is usually the correct recipe. I have started adding flour to the recipe for better, more cohesive pancakes. It will change the macros for sure but it comes out much better.
