So much good advice and reminders of things that seem obvious, but are easy to forget when one is overwhelmed with health condition. Thank you for sharing your wisdom! What I find most helpful but also very challenging is, as you said, doing things calmly as opposed to rushing through and stressing myself. When I remember to slow down I feel much more calm and peace overall, as well as acceptance.

My eyes are good My shoulders are good My back is good My hips are good My knees are good My ankles are good and my feet are good I'm well!! I'm well!!! It's a celebration using emotion to convince my nervous system of the reality that there is nothing wrong with my body... yipee lol. and it is working... Slowly but surely my symptoms are starting to quieten down.

@thejulesfather thanks for sharing. Love what you're saying to yourself. Great to hear that you're noticing a difference. One thing that is important I think, is to ensure that we're saying to ourself is something that your mind will accept. For example for some people if they say "I am well." when their mind is saying "No I'm not." then it might be useful to adjust it to something like: "My body is healing, and has capacity for wellness." "I trust in my mind and body's incredible healing power." "Each day, I am tapping into my bodies incredible healing potential."
