If we have continual damage for example from everlasting torment, torrential refrain triggers all damage left. But if we have to wait 20 sec to trigger next damage from everlasting torment - because of cooldown - does it mean that there is no sense to use continual damage from abilities with cooldown with torrential refrain? Am I right?

So if rolling surf doesnt use your primary does it mean that it has fixed attack speed? And other attack speed stats from equipments/item set doesnt affect the rolling surf?

Use cool down and beneficial effect stats can achieve horse all the time without the shoulder 😅 not that difficult

how you do more than 200k critical damage? is that because your items has been upgraded to lvl 30? I've a lvl 300 tempest and item lvl's are 16. the highest crit I make is 60k. what am I missing ?!

My armor penetration stat is at about 4K. It’s all I focus on for secondaries.

So many ways. Focus on armor penetration, fortitude, atk speed, crit hit damage modifiers and make sure you have ways to gain crit hit chance.

Just use the left 3 as often as you can, use breaker for a sheild about every 3 seconds. No stress, mainly it’s just use all of them as they spawn.

When a wind attack hits a fire attack or the other way around it procs a firestorm. Firestorm causes the wind and fire attacks to crit.

Sustained I would say Tempest, once we get rolling it’s pretty consistent. But in the first 5-10 seconds, I think DH can burst higher. I’ve tested both and I would say they are very similar DPS only beat by Sader and Necro.

They totally changed the market now and you can’t buy gems etc at the high price first. Makes you buy systematically from low to high. Alts before were there to buy high and so now this sort of stops that depending on how many gems are there.

Great build! Got small suggestions for u to try and if u can report back with results that would be great. chest for cascade that increase primary attack speed, off hand that makes wind edge does extra dmg with next 2 hits instead of the vortex one since cascade will keep 100% uptime.

Thanks for the suggestions! I want to say depending on how much you crit, these numbers could change. For me, the suggestions you made dropped my DPS about 12%. Love the thoughts though!

For OWF I use; Brawler: Rugged, and Combat expertise for size/runspeed! Add anything else you like. For Dungeon I use; Slinger: Unseen dynamism, impulsive, gifted, spell surge, and uncanny.

OR i could run a summon build with 5mil burst and 4mil sustain and hust carry/end the raid quickly. Id never use anything sub 3mil dos in raids tbh Summoner is easy 200mil+ dpm
