Back in 2000 I had the 4300 and used it as a dump truck till the motor cracked then parted it out but still have the tank and use it at times for fuel storage. I miss the old trucks, I am parting out my 85 Chevy 3/4 ton Scottsdale that a tree took out in March.

lubegard is good stuff been using the red bottle for years. Lubegard actually call for the platinum additive to be used for this specific issue. I've never had the shudder on my 2018 6.2 Z71. I change the fluid regularly with the updated mobil 1 and add a 15oz bottle of the platinum additive. Glad it worked out for you.

New to the diesels making huge power deal, isn't the black smoke non burnt fuel or not fully burnt fuel? And is that do to .not being able to combust it quickly enough or as the turbos spin it needs more fuel so until they get really going ya still need the extra fuel there.

My brother talked me into buying a 2012 6.7.. I built it as I wanted. Took 6 years but I did everything BANKS. Block work,heads ,turbo upgrade etc etc. Banks completely built and tuned. The price will get you divorced😂 but I have a 753 HP 1,457ftlbs daily driver. It's been almost 40k miles and no major issues AT ALL. And believe it or not it doesn't roll a whole lot of coal like Ive seen basically stock trucks do

Thanks for checking out the video Trey. I just love how different folks can build different types of rides and bring them out to enjoy them. Not everyone is going to have a 6 second car. I think it’s great to have classes to bring as many folks out to enjoy with family. That’s really what that event is all about.

He didn't want to break out and run faster than his dial time. Bracket racing... You guess a exact time and try to run as close to that time as possible, but if your faster than your time you automatically lose.
