Way to go! You're doing really well! The biggest thing I'd work on would be connecting the notes. You're stopping your air for every note. Your air should keep moving like you're playing a whole note, every when you change your slide. The slur should connect a whole lot. This is tricky on trombone because there's a special way you have to tongue (I don't teach this until March usually). But some of these slurs are "natural slurs", meaning the fact that you're changing harmonics creates a natural break in the sound (no smear). These would be: D (4th) to C (T1) F (1st) to G (4th) C (3rd) to A (2nd) C (3rd) to Bb (1st) You don't have to tongue these notes at all. Just keep your air moving and move your slide super fast - you'll sound like a euphonium player slurring. Keep up the great work!

You rock! This sounds great! I'd work towards cleaning up the sixteenth note patterns that slur two tongue two. I'd also put a little more strength to the articulation to give it some more bounce. Good luck, although I don't think you need it. You're doing awesome!

Great job! Beautiful vibrato. It sounds really easy, too. Make sure you count the tied notes in these measures correctly: 2, 4, 6, 12 and 16. You're holding them out too long. #1 opportunity for improvement: TONGUE when you're supposed to. Most of this sounds slurred. I wouldn't go any faster than this. It sounds great!

That's awesome! Way to go, Sean! I'd pull the 1st slide out a little. The 1st & 2nd combinations are too high. Work to get a little more pointed tongue for lifted notes and keep air steady for legato passages. Great dynamics, even tempo, and clean playing! You're going to do great!
