We cruised in May 2024 for Memorial Day. I think the ship design does a good job with spreading everyone out.

Would you say a pack n play would fit between the side of the bed and the couch? It looks like it would but I'm not 100% sure

Yes just be sure you get a room with a couch first configuration . Otherwise the pack and play will block you getting to the balcony.

Great Vlog! I'm planning a solo trip to Athens. I was just wondering if you speak the language? I speak little Greek and am concerned about communicating with the locals.

Congrats on your solo trip! Many Greeks particularly in the tourist areas speak English. If you are really worried you can also consider downloading a language translation app. Google even has a feature where you scan the text and it will translate things like menus and signs to English.

These are great suggestions. Here are my my added suggestions on the way to avoid getting P*SSED OFF Tip #1) Everyone should apply for, & carry (1) credit card (for traveling). Those debit cards work great at your local restaurant, & gas station, but additional issues are applied when traveling overseas. Not only with MSC, but every cruise line, airfare, and hotel. Tip #3) Great tip to check the $$$ that hitting at least once in the afternoon during your cruise. Only takes 2 or 3 minutes on the app. Tip #4) If you're having issues, it should be brought up immediately which will all guest services to correct, if not DO NOT be afraid to begin documenting every detail, and begin sending emails. Believe it or not, your emails have power. Tip #5) Get into the habit of tipping your attendant at the bar early on in your cruise. They will see you coming, and go out of their way to get your drink order early. Tip #6) MSC is one of the few cruise lines that will also match your hotel rewards. Take advantage of this perk. Not mentioned... TIP #11) Do yourself a favor, and spoil yourself. MOVE on up to the Yacht Club. Everything within these tips (other than Tip#1) is removed. You work hard, treat yourself to this class. Now the only time I go down to another class, is when I am sailing with the family. If it is just my wife & I, we tried it once, & have NEVER gone back. You will see for your self.

Great tips! We did our status match on board. We’ve only sailed with them once on Seashore for a short cruise and loved it. Can’t wait to try them for a longer cruise again.

On any cruise line I do towel exchange only where I got it to avoid that confusion. Definitely check my account immediately after any purchase and throughout the day. Agreed with the bar servers because some bartenders catered to the premiere drink package and yacht club passengers. Preach on the buffet culture. Great tips C.

If I had to rate the 3 I have sailed by experience I would say 1) Meraviglia 2) Seashore and 3) Seascape. I really like the outdoor adults only area on Meraviglia.

Yes, loved their amenities. Something so basic like a refillable water bottle and stations throughout the ship went a long way!
