You don't realize how much you like a song until you hear it again 40 years later... Marty Balin was priceless.

My parents were of the 70s. Growing up in the 80s and 90s friends where listening to the new stuff and i was listening to the good stuff like this with my parents! Now my son listens to steve miller, the eagles and everything else. Sad that this new genreration has what they have.

Music so beautiful from a time gone by makes me sad for what we have become as a country. California used to be so beautiful too… I miss her.

The classic J.S. mid 70s crew : Marty Balin, Grace Slick, Paul Kantner, Craig Chaquico, Pete Sears, David Frieberg, John Barbata. I think Papa John Creach was no longer in the band, although he played a part in the group's 1970s journey. ❤

This was when Grace was her hottest! She was beautiful back then until the drugs started making her look older than she was!

I don't ever recall seeing this. The audio quality is great, considering the technology at the time. I think I was about 12, and this was maybe the third or fourth album I ever owned. I still have the original pressing to this day.

My black lab Buster sat down in front of me while i had this c.d. on listening to this song. That was on friday Nov.2, 2018. He died of cancer 2 days later in our bedroom. Everytime i hear this song i think of my big boy Buster. I'll be with you again one day Buster. I was supposed to find you in those woods on Feb. 8, 2009, Buster, after some cruel person abandoned you.

In my rat's ass of an opinion, Paul Kantner and Marty Balin were the heart of the band with Jefferson Airplane from 1965 through 1974, and Jefferson Starship from 1975 through 1978.
