Me either after ive taken gluren out of my diet my gut is happier and my son who is autistic his autisim flares with gluten so eating rice flour is crucial
@NecyDaQT4 күн бұрын
Oh wow. I’m happy that taking gluten out has helped. I’m actually not gluten free but I was trying kamut which is a type of wheat not the one we mostly use today, which is a hybrid and heavily sprayed with chemicals. I’m transitioning to milling my own flour and using ancient grains.

Amazing dough ,personally i just started making bread it's my fourth try and the sticky dough makes me crazy any advice?
@NecyDaQT5 күн бұрын
@@lubu1592 I still have issues with this sometimes. You can add more flour when working, use a bench knife. You can also knead your dough for longer, most of all reduce the hydration, use less water. The More you make bread the better you will get. The perfect loaf book helped me a lot. I hope this helps. ❤️
@quicktockv12624 күн бұрын
It's usually always about the right ratio of flour and water. Especially with small quantities you'll notice quickly that the dough is too wet. I don't think you should really add more flour to try and salvage it but fortunately bread is kinda of forgiving and baking a wet dough will just give you a different style of bread 🤷
@NecyDaQT4 күн бұрын
@ I usually bake my bread wet and it still taste fine. Sometimes it has a lot to do with season and humidity in your home. In summer I usually need Lower hydration in my home and vice versa for winter.

This was a fun watch. I just got a Mockmill 200 Pro a couple weeks ago and can't wait to try out so many recipes using freshly milled flours. I also had the same experience with the mills being out of stock from the large companies. Try out smaller mills and shops - some places got more stock in late December.
